A hands-on summer position working alongside Pivot’s Artistic Director Jacob Zimmer and Managing Artistic Producer Norah Paton to plan, coordinate, and deliver our summer outreach and Community Puppets programming. You’ll help build and animate giant puppets, work on simple carpentry projects, coordinate logistics for outdoor events, and connect with Whitehorse residents and visitors – from families at the farmers’ market to elders in continuing care homes. If you’re curious, adaptable, and excited about community arts and light carpentry, this is a role for you!

Layers of seeing – Art in the woods

Nakai is opening submission for our video installation in second floor windows of the Old Fire Hall. The installation will run during the Pivot Festival from January 10-20 from 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm on a loop with other videos.
